My personal story on how the Silva Life System boosted me to the top in School.

In 1986, I decided to drop out of high school and see what the world had to offer. This led to learning how to be a waitress and bartender and working at two excellent resorts. I traveled to Japan and taught English and while I was there, my love for learning was reignited.

You see,for me,if I did not like a course of study I would not apply myself. I would get a 39 percent and an 89 percent. Consistency and good habits were not part of my life back then.

Seven years after dropping out of High School, while in Japan, my parents sent me two introductory tapes to the Silva Life System created by Jose Silva. Not only was my love of learning and sharing with others a big part of my life, a new found way of helping myself entered the picture.

My favorite part of the Silva Life System is the total body relaxation exercise. Especially when I hear "Your feet feel as though they no longer belong to your body." The process is to relax your body and mind so that you can learn. Have you ever tried to learn or remember something when you are stressed out?

Returning to Canada gave me the opportunity to practice this new system of accelerated learning. I returned to a private school full time to complete my education. Being able to relax myself completely and affirm that I would remember what I was learning had me at the top of my class. I graduated that year as a 'Student of Distinction'.

I can honestly say that the Silva Life System has been the leg up in my life. When my daughter was a baby, I used it to feel rested. When I attended University, it assisted me immensely in achieving my goals. When I want to send other people mind to mind communication or healing prayers, I do it the Silva way.
