| Castles in the Sand was the title of the first draft of my first children's book, and it was probably written because of rough seas and stormy weather - mood makers. |

i've written reams just like this, exhorting myself to JUST WRITE godammit! and it's amazing how someone who HAS to write sometimes finds it impossible to do so |

| So *that's* why I sometimes have 'writers block'... 'Cause life's a BEACH! (grin... Okay, okay, sorry 'bout that)... And, of course, you're right once again. I also wanted to say that I enjoyed that stories about trains from your youth, that you left in your comment of my poem... Though I'm amazed that you survived..... When we get together for beer and cheesesteaks (no cheese on mine, though) I'll tell 'ya mine about the boxcars and granola bars, though it's no where *near* as interesting (grin)... |
