The pen is mightier than the sword. The history of our lives can be written for eternity. All the unsaid words and the emotions locked deep within can flood a page. Identity lies within the ink being read by the world, and the pen is the sword of the writer waiting to talk to you.
As I began my journey into freelance writing, I wondered, “What could I tell the world? What hasn't been said before, or could I write on issues already written but in my own way? Will my words be found and savored?”
There are moments of my life that I wish I did not have, that I could just erase in a blink of an eye, but these fragments of my history will forever stay with me. So, I write about them in freelance writing articles for anyone to read, for anyone to relate to. I know that the memories will not disappear, but when writing about them, I feel their weight slip off my shoulders, my mind is now longer pained to remember, and I am telling others out there that they are not alone. And maybe my writing will inspire others to take to the pen as well and write their own stories.
When I drift away from my own life, I find myself wrapped up in amazing worlds and forever to be remembered characters of television and in the movies, and I take to the pen to share my reviews and my own personal views on what I have just witnessed. The more originality and creativity I find out there, the more my dreams beg to be written and read, and my hope is to one day entertain those, who wish to get lost in undiscovered worlds and characters waiting to be born.
