Dignity restored
In reference to the editorial comment, I feel that Arabs have been waiting a long time for Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak to pull up the Israeli government ("Victims of bad and wrongful conduct", Gulf News, January 3). And he did so finally with dignity and pride by opening the gate for Palestinian pilgrims to return home. Israel's unjustified arrogance and humiliation of the Palestine people is intolerable and has to stop. And since the Palestinians don't have the power or the support, this brave step from Mubarak must be a lesson learnt.
