An important step in learning to control our own lives is the understanding that we have not just one mind, soul, or spirit, but three. This article introduces the principles to recognize, meet, and control our different mind entities along with practical suggestions. The key to happiness, health, and prosperity lies in our gradual integration of our different minds into a harmonious working relationship.
Have you noticed that from time to time we seem to be momentarily controlled by anger, rage, sadness? If you carefully observe the contents of your dreams, you will notice that these are symbolic messages of other parts of your personality. Also on occasion, we may be overtaken by a profound joy or an inspired hunch of wisdom, which does not seem to come from our animal instincts. These are different parts of our mind. However, unlike psychological theory that designates these as “parts” or personality components, they constitute separate entities housed in the same body. Each one has its own priorities, level of evolution, and independent personality. Most of us are so caught up with the daily struggles of life, that we seldom notice the characteristics and hidden gifts of our own minds. The attached PDF article explores in detail these concepts.
