I will teach you how to know when someone is thinking about you.

We are all psychic in one way or another. When you connect to another man/woman in a deep way, you are connecting with your souls. Most people don't realize how psychic they really are. Everyone is clairsentient whether they know it or not. That is you have the psychic ability to feel another person's energy and feelings.
Now, when you think about someone in a normal way, there is nothing unusual there. Then all of a sudden you feel overwhelmed like you are in a fog and you can't stop thinking about them. Now, stop for a second and focus on where you are feeling the energy. It is usually in the heart and chest area. What is going on is that you are feeling their thoughts. If you really concentrate, you can pick up exactly what they are thinking and feeling. During the time you are experiencing this, you may feel feelings from extreme sadness, or guilt, to feelings of peace or missing someone. Keep in mind you only started feeling these thoughts when you connected to their energy by experiencing that energy in your chest area.. So know that you if you are feeling great sadness, that feeling will pass. If you are feeling a great sense of peace and joy, you know they are thinking wonderful thoughts of you. If you are feeling someone's energy, it doesn't mean that they will be yours forever. It simply means that they are thinking about you.

| I'm an empath, but knowing that is knew to me, so I haven't quite figured everything out. I always wondered what it meant when I couldn't stop thinking about someone. Thanks for this! |

This is so true! But I don't connect with the other men/women in a deep way. But I feel them when they're thinking about me. I don't feel sad nor happy. I just feel that I'm missing someone. What does it mean when you're feeling you're missing someone? What does it mean when you feel their energy and that their name just hit in your head out of no where? There's 3 people that I know when they're thinking about me; one is my close relative, one is my friend, and the other is a friend that I don't even hang out with. As for the friends, we are nothing serious, we're just friends.
Once, when someone was thinking about me, and I really feel it but don't know who it is, and right after that, I got a phone call from that person.
When I'm feeling someone, my heart and chest area start to miss someone really bad...but I don't know who to miss. This is because I don't know who it is...well, most of the time that is. And I really want to know who's thinking about me, but it's hard...I don't know how to tell who's thinking about me, and what does it mean when I start to feel that I'm missing someone?
I got this personal website that had almost all my friends in there, and when I feel that someone is thinking about me, I went in my website to see if any of my friends are online checking me out. And in a few times, I get this rush in my body, so I went online to check who it is, and it's always this guy who I don't hang out with. What does that mean? What does it mean when you get the rush?
My email is linda_z07.yahoo.com. Email me comments as I don't really check this site regularly. |

| I can so relate to your article. I have a former college instuctor and friend who I feel deeply connected to like this. Especially lately. This lady has not treated me like a former student, she has treated me more like a daughter. I feel her energy I think all the time. I have this overwhelming feeling of peace, love and joy that comes over me in my chest area. It seems to happen continuously. So I am thinking she must be thinking very good thoughts about me right? I am confused though and maybe you can help. To check out my theory on this I have had a few psychic readings dealing with this matter. I had a few psychics who told me that she likes me, but doesn't feel as close to me as I do to her. Then I have had other psychics who told me that she feels deeply connected to me and does think of me as a daughter and wants to have a closer friendship with me. How do I know which psychics are correct. When I feel her energy it feels as if she must be thinking about me all the time. How do I know I can trust my insticts on this? |

This is fascinating information. I have a friend who is a psychic and he told me that i had 'mediumship'. What you say here concurs very much with his observation.

Linda,
I do believe that when we are so touched by someone that we can't seem to get them off our minds that many times that person has the same feelings at the same time. I think a lot of us have had experiences like that. I enjoyed your article. Yes, I agree we are all psychic i some ways. |

"So know that you if you are feeling great sadness, it will pass." It will pass? What will pass? The feelings of sadness or the hope of a relationship with this person? Hmmm... this isn't clear to me.
I think I do have a incredibly deep sense of intuition. Painfully so, many times.
I look forward to reading more from you.
