Time travel, Tesla, UFOs, strange experiments and truth that is stranger than fiction are the themes of the article. Please DO NOT read this article unless you are prepared to open your mind to a true story that mystifies the mind. This should scare any sane person that really thinks things out. Believers and skeptics take note. There may be more to this than meets the eye. What follows is an accounting of events that changed me forever...forever. Be prepared. It could change you too.
Midnight, August 12th 1978 in Abingdon, Maryland, Something unbelievable happened that night. I was observing the annual Perseid meteor shower, as I am an amateur astronomer, and have enjoyed this all my life. I love the night sky. It has always entranced me. That is how I came up with my username Starman. While in the front yard looking for meteors, my Mom spotted it first. It was a glowing blue disk about twice the size of the full moon, with a bubble of some sort on top. It was impossible to say how big or how far away it was, since there were no points of reference to go by. It was practically edge on and about 60 degrees altitude above the horizon in the southeastern sky. It was clearly 3-dimensional and seemed to be stationary or to hover for a minute. Then it moved in a slow counter-clockwise circular pattern before streaking off toward the northeast at an unbelievable speed. That was the last we saw of it. My original drawings have since disappeared. My memories haven't. I have never forgotten that night. Please read my article, "UFO Technology and the Future of Mankind", for more insight into the subject.
The Perseid meteor shower peaked on August 12th, 2008, the 30th year anniversary of my UFO sighting and my friend Ben's sighting of a meteor that seemed to wiggle upon re-entry. He never saw a meteor do that before, and he said a few weeks later in a letter to me that what saw then made him think about UFOs. I never told him about my sighting on advice of my mother until I finally relocated him in Canada 30 years later. I dropped a hint in an email about the wiggly meteor about discovering how to contact him after an extensive search. He remembered. From that he knew it was me in the email. Turns out he had been looking for me too. Great joy for us both!
UFOs have been seen like that, rapidly blinking on and off while traveling in a zig zag pattern. Interestingly, the 35th year anniversary of the Philadelphia Experiment, that Dr. Nikola Tesla the great inventor had helped to design, was on that date in 1978 too. Telsa later died on January 7th, 1943, before the experiment could be carried out.
Could these events be related, by a stake driven through time and space on that calendar date, linking them and us inextricably together? This "Donnie Darko" moment has haunted and enchanted me for more than 3 decades. Even the MIB made a surprise visit to my life and added a prophetic touch to the mystery. The conversations will not be printed here for my safety, but I well listened when he spoke, since as he warned, "You don't mess with a blackman." He knew my thoughts about the event that I had never told anyone before. To surface when he did and remain long enough to scribe messages for me to follow on the bridge in time there erected, was beyond phenomenal. Still today the fog is lifting on the astounding truths revealed to me in those halcyon days together. The X-files theme sparkles into view here. Surely, "the truth is out there."
On the exact same date in 1978, a strong high energy X-ray pulsation event lasting about 6 minutes in near Earth orbit was picked up simultaneously by satellite, and two different weather balloons, allowing correlation and triangulation of the event and data. I thought that this radiation outburst might have been related to the events mentioned on this date, other than the meteor shower, since the same kind of energy pulses are also noted in electromagnetic propulsion devices and artificial black-hole type experiments, where space spirals into an electromagnetic vortex created by rotating, pulsating magnetic fields. This makes the flow of space non-linear in the direction of the apex of the vortex. I believe this to be at least part of the key to UFO propulsion, and perhaps that of inter dimensional and time travel too.
This effect is seen in the natural when sub-atomic particles are subjected to extremely high frequency electromagnetic and high voltage environments. My own experiments, though of the low energy type, showed a noticeable, although short lived reaction to the object placed in the energy field, and the movement was in the direction of travel predicted. A repeated application of the energy fields at much higher levels, and at a very high pulsation rate, would probably give better results leading to a practical application, and eventually to the UFO and the advanced technology I saw that hot August night. This is in line with my new theory of physics and gravity.
As to my theories and my veracity, that is something I hope in time you will also decide on in a positive way. If not, then at least don't ignore me, or the other thousands of completely credible people who tell similar stories at the risk of their reputations and safety year after year. We must get to the bottom of all of this mystery and not disbelieve something just because we don't understand it ourselves.
If we don't confront our fears with rational thought and behavior then the doom predicated by the doomsayers will be a fulfilled prophecy. So get up off the couch and away from the computer long enough to go outside tonight. Then find some dark sky, look up, and dream of what is out there waiting to be discovered. And, what is waiting to discover you.
We may find we have more in common with the universe and its other inhabitants than at first may seem possible. Whoever these visitors are to our skies, perhaps they are trying to tell us something in a symbolic gesture from among the stars. Think about this as you gaze skyward and realize our diminutive status in the cosmos. From space we appear as a pale blue dot racing across the heavens toward our celestial destiny. Our story is being written with blazing blue strokes, across the inky blackness of space. Join me. Today our fantastic journey begins.

|Found this to be a rather intriguing, interesting article. Yes I have heard of Tesla and his experiments. His name, as with a few others have been passed around my family for a very long time. As for UFO's, there is much speculation and years back there were many experimental military planes that were of course unknown. A good way to muddy the waters because if you muddy it up enough it then becomes difficult to separate fact from fiction. Is there life on other planets or in other galaxies? I would think statistically there would have to be. Just for a small example, look how everytime someone comes forward they are riduculed, called demented, senile and made fun of in way unimaginable, right? Now for the Philadelphia Experiement. I do believe it really happened, an experiement with a cloaking device of sorts. I remember when my first husband was in the Air Force back in the late 1960's how they would have their war games and use something simple like aluminum foil to mess up the radar. Men learned how to fly under the radar and literally went undetected. For an experiment that never happened why then was it of utmost importance to get rid of the Eldridge? The military could not get it decommissioned fast enough and tried their best to sweep the entire incident under the rug. How many men's lives were destroyed and remain unnamed to this day?? Why if it was not real? Tell me something if you can. When Flight 800 went down, it was subtle reported that two military planes were in the area. One pilot reported back that he could not see, something had blinded him? Now, what do you think that might be?? Are we still experimenting with Tesla's notes?? So what really took it down?? I can assure you it was not in the wiring, like what was being reported. I know along the eastern coast they play "Mock" war games, they have for years, I've seen it. Perhaps I have said too much already....

I've never seen a UFO, but my hubby says he did when he was a teenager. I think your advice in the beginning sounds right...an open mind. This way we don't fall apart when they decide to communicate with us in a more obvious, worldwide effort. Believer or not, this article is well written with supporting points. I especially like the descriptions in the last few lines - you drive the reality home, about just how small we really are. Hugs,

|I'm glad I found this article Rockie. The other day I was running a theory past my brainiac husband regarding space travel and propulsion. My theory in strictly lay mans terms holds that there might be some sort of storage mechanism on board which allows the craft to accumulate and store energy from gravitational forces of each planetary body in the vicinity. He had read recently about a fellow who has invented a gravity machine which does something like this. I've got to follow up on this.

|An interesting thing happened to me about 30 years ago. My neighbor, across the street, (a banker by profession) came over to me as I was leaving for work and ask in a rather shaky voice, "Did you see that thing last night?" To make a long story short, he (a non-drinker) had been awakened around midnight by a blue light coming through his window. He described a vessel similar to your description, and said that it landed on the street between his house and mine. He thought I would have seen it because my window faces the street. I must have been really tired that night because I slept through it. But Mr. Jones (the banker) was an extremely practical man who had definately experienced something that shook him up. I believe he saw a UFO. Some may call me crazy, or naive, but that's okay, because believing in something we can't prove, as far as I am concerned, doesn't make us either--it makes us interesting! Thanks for the interesting article, Rockie.
