During the course of the last several years, my family and I have found ourselves traveling quite a bit, most of it by air.  Unfortunately, we are not able to show any type of loyalty to any one airline.  We always go for the best price and the best times.

We have traveled both abroad and here in the United States.   When searching the Internet for flight deals and the best prices, I usually find that if I go to American Airlines' website, I get a better deal on tickets than some of the discount airfare websites.

While at the airport, I have never had any trouble with staff or seating.  I have probably traveled on American Airlines around 10 times in the last several years.  Two of those trips were to another country.  I felt that my family and I were treated with respect and dignity.

Flight delays on American were minimal.  I really don't think that I have anything negative to say pertaining to American Airlines. The planes are comfortable with great leg room.  Flight attendants were gracious, hospitable and make us feel welcome every time we fly.

There was one occasion when my teenager was traveling alone to a training clinic for her sport.  Due to fog, her flight was canceled and she was two thousand mile from home.  American went out of their way to help her.  She already had accommodations for the evening, but she had no idea when she would get to return home.  American made sure that she had a seat on the first flight the next morning.

This traveler has had experiences with American Airlines that exceed my expectations.
