Most people will be making guilty comments, as they sit down to enjoy their holiday dinner, this Christmas. If you are included please do not despair. A holiday has just passed and I managed to lose weight. This will be repeated for Christmas. Here is how it happened--by eating several time of the day my hunger stayed controlled.
Enjoying a variety of small meals, is much more satisfying, than sitting down to a large portion, when you are very hungry. The trick is to start with something healthy, and go from there. Always include a nonalcoholic beverage with each meal. Try taking a few bites every three hours. When the main course is serve, you will not have a big appetite.
