Don't get dissapointed, by unrealistic expectations, for magical result from diets which restrict certain food groups. Over the years I have tested a variety of diets. Not diets which restrict foods, but the ones that work psychologically. I try different diets to see the results, so that I can write about them. Each diet works differently on every person; this is why I usually try various ones.
