A high-protein drink for aid in sleeping
Recipe for Protein Drink (night-time sleep aid)
I drink this potion during the night. This recipe makes enough to last about 3 nights, a little over a quart.
1 8-ounce bottle of Ensure (Abbot Labs), choose flavor and type.
16 oz. milk (I use organic whole milk)
1 banana (remove peel)
90 cc Peanuts (without shells)
33 cc Whey protein powder
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Blend all of this, on “Puree” for 20 seconds, then put on the lid, clean the walls, floor and ceiling, and start over with the lid on, this time. Lately, I have stopped using whey protein, because of something I read in Dr. David Williams' publications.
