Change your mindset, Change your life

Maybe your life is in a slump right now and the thought of giving up is real but this will never help the team. We are here pulling for you encouraging you to get back in the batters box and swing away. Eventually you'll make contact and that will make all the difference.

Isn't it amazing or rather frustrating the highs and lows we go through.  Some days nothing bothers you and then other days you just cant get it right.  You feel lousy, uninspired and basically defeated.  What I believe is happening is those days where every thing works out perfect, we are connected to our inner soul and the true harmony of life that is always available.  Those rotten days is when life gets hold of you and since we are not yet skilled and aware of how to combat this enemy we allow it to pull us in and we participate with everyone else who is on the field of misery and discontentment. So you see its not just luck or chance that we have good days and bad.  Most of us have never been schooled on how to train our thoughts and  mindset.  So many of our perspectives on the world and on life are unconscious, influential and well entrenched.  They are often accepted without question as attitudes that come from our parents or from others who have affected our lives.  Sayings like "you'll never amount to anything, "money is the root of all evil", "your not smart enough so don't try", "just be happy with what you have",  and many others that will stall and derail your life journey.  I've heard people refer these sayings as our inner gremlins.  They become internal saboteurs that object to change, point out our weaknesses and inadequacies and cite reasons why we cant move forward and succeed.  They try to squash the good days we have working hard to infect our mindset with voices of, "its too hard and risky", or "no body loves me".

How then do we defeat this mindet?  It must start with an openess for change?  An inner realization that the framework of our lives can be altered and changed towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.  But to achieve success your awareness to the current patterns of thought must be ingrained and studied upon until a shift is noticed by the unconscious.  Be alert to the differnet stages of behavior you may go through.  Many will resist and fight to change.  When change smashes into our comfortable worlds some of us respond by denying what has happened or try to ignore it or even stop the change.  Eventually you will accept, although with some resistance, but soon you will go along with the change because you realize the alternative is not any better.  Hopefully many of you will then embrace this change.  Thrive in it and accept it enthusiastically without much thought.  We can not live our lives by excusing ourselves from life.  Rid the mind of the old ways and begin changing your thoughts and outlook on more positive and self encouraging ideas.
