I see You—The Soozhee Way
There’s something very mysterious and magical about staring into your eyes. It’s like I’ve been there before staring into those very eyes and I would never get sick of looking into them. When I look at you through my eyes into yours—I see your soul and your heart beat a truth that says, “I love you will you be mine?” And I know of no other way to answer except to say with my eyes, “I do. I will.” And then that moment is over and we look away. And we let other things distract us as though we are 2 little children meeting up and being friends for the first time and we’re not sure what to say that will impress that person more; if our stories of how many mud pies we can make could beat how many lizards you can eat or gobble up in a minute. All I’m saying is, the truth is in the eyes—look into it, and you’ll know the answers of a person’s soul that tells you things much more sincerely than any body-language can.
The eyes, your eyes speak to me first loud and clear and that is how I remember you.
I look beyond the greetings, the genteel etiquettes and I look inside those soulful glassy globes of your eyes and I see you and I really appreciate the truth, wisdom, and heart that I see there. It’s not me. It’s you. They’re your eyes, they’re your beauty, they’re your truths. I’m only telling you what I saw when I looked into your eyes. I saw You. And what a magnificently beautiful sight that was.
Amas Vanitas,
Soozhee Low
