Why integrity is important. If you do things that are not in line with your moral principles, the quality and soundness of your character will eventually degenerate. Lets suppose you are trying to influence your workers to be true to themselves and others. But as soon as a worker turns her back, you begin to slander her. Then, the quality and state of what you stand for has been impaired. You have to be proactive when it comes to maintaining your standards.
