Getting Rid Of the Negative and Bringing In the Positive
You need to learn to accept what you have and learn to do something about it. Nothing is going to get better until you learn to help yourself and help others by sharing what you have learned.
We must understand that we must appreciate our lives and the things that bring pleasure in our lives, like love, friendship and the little things in life that fill our soul with joy.
We must appreciate the things in life that bring smiles to our faces and warm our hearts with pleasure and happiness. Only then will we all be able to appreciate and love the life we live and look at life in a positive manner.
If you live with a negative outlook, every day of your life than you are setting yourself up for destruction. It will hold you back and eventually destroy you. For many who look at life in a negative way, they are the ones who tend to hold their emotions inside. Their emotions build up inside them until they are unable to deal with their life any longer. They feel miserable, they look at every aspect of their life in a negative manner and they are on able to move on or achieve greatness because they overwhelmed with negative emotions. 
When you ignore your emotions and hold your emotions inside you set yourself up where you can easily fall into depression.   This can happen when one focuses on the negative aspects of life and by pitying themselves.
Living with a negative outlook on life can be difficult if you do not accept the problems, find a workable solution and move on in life. When you accept the obstacles that enter your life, you must first realize that there is no such thing as the perfect life.
We triumph each day of our life trying to master how to solve the daily troubles that come our way, and how to overcome the problems that have already occurred in our lives. You need to grasp the notion that no one on this earth is perfect and there is no need to feel a sense of embarrassment because you do not have the perfect life, the big mansion or the $300,000 dollar car parked in your driveway.
This is not what life is all about. Loving, giving sharing, helping, observing the beauty and miracles of life now that is life.   Those things will bring you happiness, a positive outlook and the will to do well and succeed.
I guarantee you if you look into any person’s closet you will find plenty of deep dark secrets (old wounds). What are old wounds you ask? They are episodes in your life that never will go away.   They become a part of us they journey the paths you take and go wherever you go in life. 
You can never get rid if them, but you can understand, accept them, and bury them inside of you with acts of pleasure that you experience in life. You need to focus on the good things in your life.
Overlooking your problems and not dealing with them is the easy way out, yet to face the dilemma’s you encounter and dealing with them is an accomplishment.
What I mean is that you were faced with a problem; you need to tackle the problem head on, find a solution and hold no grudges. You need to move on and not look at the problem from a negative aspect. Ask yourself, “What did I learn from this?”
Accepting our problems and dealing with them helps us grow mentally, physically and spiritually. One should not feel ashamed because they have problems and dilemmas in their lives. You are not the only one. Everyone does, many people do not like to talk about their problems. Some wish to hind behind a facade of materialistic items to pose as if they have the perfect life, but in actuality, they are the ones that are faced with the most obstacles and walk around in denial and eternal misery.
When I opened up, telling people about my problems and obstacles that I was faced with in life, I was shocked to find out how many people had the same or similar problems.  
I believe obstacles are put in our lives for a reason. The obstacles in our lives strengthen us. When we are young, we have people in our lives that help to mold us. They help us develop the strength, wisdom and knowledge we need to survive in this world. Yet if we become dependent on these people, we cannot survive and live the productive life has been given to us on this earth to enjoy. You must realize that they put everyone on this earth here for a reason. We need to pass on what we have learned along to others.  
To me its just selfish and pure laziness when we pity ourselves because we have problems. Look at the positive side. Find one positive thing from each problem you are faced with and I guarantee you will have twice the amount of strength to fix the problem from looking at it in a positive way.
You need to take your problems and learn how to cope with them so you can help other people. You are not alone, if you feel you are unable to straighten out your life the way you want it to be. There is no reason why you should not live a happy and healthy life just because you have obstacles in your life.
You need to accept your life and look at it positively. To do this you need to open your heart and feel what you emotions are trying to tell you. Your heart will never lie to you because the heart only holds the truth. 
You need to develop courage so you can ask your heart, why you refuse to accept the fact that you have obstacles in your life. 
Usually when we chose to hide things about ourselves, it is because we are embarrassed of whatever we are trying to hide. You should not be ashamed of yourself or your life. 
Society looks positively at people learning to talk openly about the problems that are currently occurring in their lives. At the same time, these people are educating society about their problems and healing the scars that lye live inside them.  In addition, people who have similar problems are learning from you.
Society is becoming more aware of the problems adults and children are faced with in their daily lives. Society is now trying to help people using methods such as support groups, books, exercises, yoga, meditation and other methods to cope with the stresses of life in a positive manner.
You need to learn to accept what you have and learn to do something about it. Nothing is going to get better until you learn to help yourself and help others by sharing what you have learned.
