attending a mediator’s support conference
and speaking about traits we all have
inside us...I spoke about our strengths
which are in fact double bladed swords-
depending on how they are used of course...
If we are assertive and outspoken for example:
Assertive is not the same as aggression
Just as outspoken is not the same as callous...
We each decide how we will use our strengths
as we choose how to abuse them...

Be At The Top Of Your Positive Gain!!

 

DURABLE DECISIONS:
Durable decisions are imperative in creating long term solutions.
Be delicately veiled within impartiality while defining the moments
of your personal contemplations announcing all suggestive choices…
