Did Jesus Live? Yes, that is well documented in Roman, Jewish, and even Muslim History. Was He ever Married? If so, was it Mary Magdalene, also known as Maramne? Did He have a Son named Judah? Did they live a life of secrecy, to avoid Persecution? All good questions - You be the Judge! Review of Documentary - “The Lost Tomb of Jesus” © - Tom Hyland - This movie took two years to make, and it is the most profound, logical, scientific, sensible documentary I have ever seen! I would rate it a 10 + ! And yet - Billions upon Billions of people have never heard of it! The movie was released in 2007, and presented by the Discovery Channel. Simcha Jacobovici is the Director and co-Producer, with James Cameron as Executive Producer. I am so enthralled by the facts that it uncovered, that I believe every human being should watch it! Whether you are: Believer, Non-Believer, Gnostic, Agnostic, Atheist, Jewish, Catholic, Christian, Buddhist, Muslim - or any other ‘faith’ - this film is, as they present it - “The Greatest Story NEVER Told”! The ‘Re-Creations’ are extremely well done also, and quite believable. Be sure to watch all the Extras, after seeing the film itself. Watch each and every interview and part. While some parts may be a tad repetitious, many other significant details are within. When the DVD is first inserted, it begins with a ‘Trailer’ about “Secrets of Mary Magdalene”, which is only a few minutes long. This part ‘plugs’ three different books about this famous woman. From Dan Brown’s book, “The DaVinci Code” - to the discovery of The Gnostic Gospels - to the discovery of this Two-Thousand-Year-Old Tomb in Top Jerusalem in 1980 - millennia, centuries, and then decades have passed - but now, perhaps The Truth has been discovered? Surely, now anyone who cares enough to attempt to learn, knows that good old ‘Mother Church’ and her Popes, and Cardinals, and other ‘cronies’ have done anything they could to suppress and hide accurate information - for decades, centuries, and millennia - and ... When this Tomb was discovered in 1980, the Jewish government only allowed Archeologists three meager days to inspect the tomb itself, while the Ten Ossuaries found there were ‘spirited off’ to be hidden away in a basement storage area. Plus, under so-called Jewish ‘tradition’ the Bones themselves were removed, bagged, and boxed, and re-buried! Was this site carefully marked, so that future DNA analysis could be performed? Who knows? Is it possible that ‘They’ did not want to re-open an ‘old sore’ either? How quaint - for both sides of The Judao-Christian factions to Not Want any further investigation to occur! But, like a determined bull-dog, the Film-Maker, Simcha Jacobovici, persisted! Even after the tomb was covered over to build high-rise apartment buildings, and re-found after some twenty-five more years had elapsed - the Jewish government MADE THEM RE-COVER IT QUICKLY! Scientific Method, DNA Analysis, CSI Type Techniques, and ‘Sleuthing Skills’ - were all combined and converged upon in order to bring these startling FACTS to ‘The Light of Day!’ The Most Famous Life in History - the Most Famous Execution in History - Practically ‘shoved under the rug’ - WHY?
