In anguish, I cried this out to the Lord...

Why The Children, Lord ???
Today I cried out to The Lord.
Why The Children, Lord ???
Why all the abused, innocent children ???
Why do they have to suffer, Lord ???
Please help me comprehend...
What can I do to ease the pain Lord???
Why allow them to fall prey to their abusers???
Where were You, Lord?
Where were You when they desperately
called out Your Name ???
I know, Lord.
I know You hurt for the innocents.
I know You suffer more than they do.
But I could not understand , Lord.
I could not fathom why all these
were allowed to happen.
I feel so useless, Lord.
I feel unable to help ,
Unable even
to find words ...
that would help alleviate the pain.
Why are You ...
so silent ...
My Jesus?
Why do You...
Cry with me ...
Yet do not answer me?
How I wanted
Your Loving Presence
to be there ...
to heal the hurting ones.
But then ...
who am I,
My Jesus?
To will You
to do so ...?
Gently...
In response,
You kindly told me...
that there is a time
for everything,
so I would have
to wait this out
in full faith ...
in agony...
in anguish ...
in suffering ...
Well then ...
So be it
My Jesus!
Let us
Cry...
Together.
Please..
Allow me
To be one
With You
In full faith...
In agony...
In anguish...
In suffering...

| Very well done.It's a question that should be asked across the land as we see the agony and pain in the eyes of so many innocent children. God gave those precious children to us. Have we failed them? |

You reach out with a question that burns in the heart of many today and for years. We must realize though that God in all His greatness and love gives us free choice to accept or reject Him and because of that free choice sometimes innocent children suffer at the hands of guilty teens and adults. The only consolation is in knowing that the innocent children rest in Christ.

Though it speaks well of faith, what children do you speak of? Do you speak of the cattle consumed? The baby saplings perhaps? No human child is innocent, indeed, the age of innocence is long gone, for the utilisation of industrialisation is something that is now spoonfed to the children. Nothing is so innocent as you would like to believe, for the human race, children themselves, behave selfishly, and so bear the repercussions of their acts. Overpoulation incites war, unnatural manipulations plague, the lumber industry famine. If you want to know why, look in the mirror, and recognise it as the source of all your self consumptions.
