Unbiased/detached observation leads to awareness of the truth. Truth leads to right action that is individually and collectively good. Not following the truth is going on a detour that leads nowhere.

Observe More-Involve Less

In the process of “Observing More-Involving Less” it is important to understand the difference between seeing and observing. Seeing is the physical seeing with physical eyes. A person sees according to the vision in eyes. But what you see with your eyes may not be the reality although it may seem to be the reality. That’s where inner seeing comes real handy. This inner seeing is beyond physical eyes as it confirms the reality as it is. Observing/Inner seeing is non-physical and is completely linked with the inner spirit/power/Self/God. Depending upon the strength of connection with the Self, the reality is known likewise. If the connection is 10% then the absolute reality known is only 10%. If it is 100% then the truth/reality known is 100%. The primary message here is that before we can fly with the ultimate realty we must become completely proficient in the practice of observing …more observing…and truly observing the reality as it is. This transcendental knowledge of the absolute reality in itself is so over-powering that it is not different from its source where it comes from. Once it is known we should accept it as it is and not play smart with it using intellectual logic/ rationale or comparing/checking its validity with any external source. Once we start to play smart with that we downgrade ourselves from an incomparable platform to a mundane plane and in that process we begin to lose the freedom and self-sufficiency that came with the effortless/spontaneous flow of real knowledge. This knowledge is real power. Accept it and use it for your benefit and the benefit of others.

As Truth is God/ freedom and Truth comes from unbiased/uninvolved observation, it is absolutely important that we practice to observe the reality in all our areas of life. These areas include all aspects of physicality, emotions, attitude, and intellect, spiritual and universal connections. After you have found the reality, accept it as it is. It is only with acceptance things will start to happen. It is only with acceptance you will begin to know what you need to do for your development and fulfillment of life. Here is a simple exercise for developing more in observing and involving less in life’ situations:

- Sit comfortably, neck straight and back straight but not tense. Close your eyes.
- Pay attention (observe) slowly and lovingly from toes to waist, from waist to heart, from heart to crown. At crown feel peace. Do it few times and enjoy peace.
- Same way, pay attention to your breathing (in and out) a few times. Feel settling within yourself.
- Let your Real-self give directions to your body:
- from toes to waist, “I am observing”
- from waist to heart, “I am observing more”
- from heart to crown, “ and I am really observing more”
- Repeat this cycle few times.

Feel the power of self-observation developing within you. It will effortlessly make you unbiased when you are observing the truth of the situations. In course of time, you will be more established in truth and would start to operate your activities of life more from the truth. Truth itself is self-empowering. Enjoy it.
