The definition of who you are.

We will never be able to grow mentally or spiritually untill we are able to expand the definition of who we are...the definition of self. But who are we? We are more than just mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, or children of God.

We are the product of our thoughts, we are what we think about on a daily basis. On the contrary, if we think positively; we become positive. Positive thoughts stir up nourishing emotions, which leads to happiness and peace of mind. Positive thoughts are love, forgiveness, enthusiasm, faith,  and relaxation.
