Women naturally were not built for combat jobs.
There is a military advisory panel that is close to submitting a report to military officials as to why women should be allowed to serve in combat arms jobs in the military. This has been brought up many times over the years and has been denied every time.
The biggest reason female military personnel do not belong in combat arms type jobs is nature. With few exceptions, women are naturally not physically or mentally strong enough to handle a frontline combat position.
