a fighter's thought on things
When fighting one should know when their feet should rooted to the ground, like a tree. And when to be light and swift like the wind. They should know when one's body should be strong like steel, or be like water, flowing. This is the yin yang way. You must know when to use both. One can not exist without the other. Day can not exist without night, hot without cold, and love without hate, and much much more.
