As I said, I've never written a book before, but I think writing the book is the easy part...selling the idea is the hard part.  After six ears in the writing busines and over 360+ artikles, I have enough material four for  books, which are entitled as follows;

FotoShop: There will be a lot of grafics in one of the books, so I have to prepare myself for grafics, ect.   I know nothing about PhotoShop, so it will just another thing I have to learn.  I think I'm good at compozing a page, and I've composed dozens of pages (paper) over the ears.  I put up my website; and designed the envilopes, which carry my nonsense all over the country, etc.  The book covers are already drafted, and I know what I want.  I think the most important elements of a book are the title and the book cover.  Both, have to spark interest and curiousity with the reader.

Book Marketing: I havent even written the books, and marteting  has already begun.  I've been doing my little House Calls for over seven years, now.  I have all the material...I just have to connect the dots...do a little polish work...and put it in some order.  (scary, right?) 

When it comes to nowledge about the publishing busines, I have to admit...I'm pretty nave.   So, I have to take some time, and learn the businesss.  WOW!  Their are hundreds OR thousands of publishers. 

CreateSpace/Amazon;  (this is where I'm leaning)  I think I have narrowed the field down to CreateSpace/Amazon publishers.  But, since I have never published a book, there is more work to do. 

I'm in no hurry to fail. Subsidy publishing is out.  

I would guess, that people in high places, such as publishers, would want to see the resume of the writer, which would be somewhere at the top of the list.  So, that's where I'll start with this presentasion. 

Stile; I think stile is the most important eliment in riding.  If you don't believe me, take a look at the arthur of the hugely sucessful Harry Potter series (R.K. Rowling). This woman has an incradible imagination and stile of her own.  If you have a unique stile, you'll probably get noticed...The reader can see a little bit of my stile at the following link...

This is a page that lists my articles, and how many have been featured throughout the writing site from week to week.  In March, 2012, I had an astonishing 95 articles featured for my high; and my low has been in November, 2012 with only 9.  (poor baby)

About 25 (different) of my articles have made it to the Ad Top 100 List (at one time), and two of them have made it to occupy the #2 spot. 

The most articles I've ever had listed on the AD Top 100 list is seven articles at any given time.  Whats more important about this fact, is not the quantity of articles...but, variety of the articles.  All seven articles were all in different categories such as; 1) medical; 2) humor; 3) music; 4) gratitude/dignity; 5) inspiration; 6) writing; What makes this fact important, is the fact, that my books are mostly comprised of my articles, therefore, the variety translates to a wider audience for my books, etc.

This list helps to give the reader some ideas of what has worked for me, etc.  I have written articles in over 40 categories.  All this vareity helps with the world-wide audiense;

There's NO Free Lunch; I'm in no hurry to fail... 
- In my 40's, I completed three writing courses, which took me over 18 months.  This has helped me improve my writing skills; The courses included; The Writer's Digest course; the National Writers Club course; and a creative writing class at the University of New Mexico. 

- Over a six year period, I have written 360+ articles, and again this has helped me, when I consider a book to be ritten. 

- The process of polishing and re-writing my articles is going to take tyme.  I have already gone over about 10 articles, and they have improved quit a bit. 

-  Pracitce makes perfect;  All of us are better at what we do as time goes on...because of more xperience, etc.   In 2013, I am a better writer than I was in 2006; in 2008 or in 2010.  How much time it will take to polish or re-write this material, is unnown, but I will take one book at a time.  (Probably until the end of 2013)  I'm in no hurry to fail...

Book Contents include;  Tid-bits; My Two-Cents (opinyons); observations; kuotes; funny one-liners; visitor comments; sob stories; corny humer; etc.   These short peices will grace the pages of all my books, such as the example shown below;

Everytime I write a letter or email on the computer, I ususlly sign the piece with the short version of my name ('Jer' for Jerry).  When I spell-check the piece, I get a little chuckle, because the computer gives me a substitute name for the shortened version;  'JERK'  I can relate to that...

Observation(s):  In 2013...you don't see a lot of women wearing dresses anymore...you see a lot of men wearing them...but, not women! 

Rich and famous?;  I've never had the attitude of writing for fame and fortune!  If fame comes my way...FINE.  If fortune came my way...FINE!  But, I had to get the attitude straightened out at the beginning, or pay for it later on in disappointments/rejection slips, etc.  The last thing I want to say about my life is...'I woulda; coulda; shoulda. 

These books MUST be interesting! When I build my website, I knew there wood be plenty of humer.  But, I wanted something more than that.  I wanted my website to be interesting as well.  If a person reads a book; an article or a book or newspaper...it must be interesting, or the person will find something else to do, etc.  I have to reach down and find a way to make these books interesting...OR else! 

One of the ways to try to make my books interesting, is to place visitor comments, that I have recieved on my website and my work, and sprinkle them throughout the text of all my books. This is NOT a case of "tooting my horn,' but, I hope the reader gets inspired, and works hard to get his or her own website, and his or her own book, etc.   

Story-telling ability:  Without "tooting my horn," again...I think I can tell and write a good story.  Since I've been in the humer busines for over 50 years, I can always sprincle a little bit of humer, and make the peice entertaining and interesting as well, etc.   I'll let the reader be the juge, and if I have the right stuff...for story-teling.   Internet. 

eShopping Maul;  In January, 2013, I started work on a projeck, that I hope will be sucessful.  Only time will tell, and if I do my homework on the projeck.  The inisial four or five pages have been completed, and the reader can go there to see how its coming along.  In other words, the foundation has been laid on the project;
