Medicine For All
9/10/2009 11:01:28 PM
I saw President Barack Obama's address to congress about getting the ball rolling on socialized medical coverage for the thirty million plus American citizens without it. It seems the Republican contingent could not contain their childish heckling and utter disrespect toward our commander-in-chief. Calls of "Liar!" and other monikers riddled their snipeing. The impression I got was that most Republicans are white, narrow minded, beholden to industry lobbiests, trusts, and unsympathetic to John and Jane Q. Public. I think I am not alone in thinking that. How do they ever hope to take back their losses in both houses with the attitudes they displayed - sore losers! One more thing - they simply showed defiance, like children, because they didn't want to be told what they should do by a man of color. Sounds a lot like white supremacy to me - don't you agree?

- Wag.
