Promotion

Once again I ventured out to do some promotion. I, along with several other published members of the San Joaquin Chapter of Sisters in Crime, was invited to give a 5 minute reading of a book at the regular meeting today and have books for sale.
It was fun hearing the authors read, and I did sell two books. I think that was about what everyone sold, one or two books.
We did have a large crowd for a meeting right in the middle of the Fourth of July holiday--around forty.
This promotion business is hard. Sometimes more fun and more profitable than others.
