Local Radio Reading

Last Monday, March 29th, I recorded my story 'Restless Spirit' for one of our local radio stations and it was uploaded yesterday April 2nd. The web address is:

The story is based on a local legend of one of our National Trust properties here in North Yorkshire, UK. A 16th century Manor House. There has actually been a large house there since before the invasion of William the Conqueror in 1066 but the present building is mainly 16th and 17th century with possibly some 14th century foundations still in existance.
The legend of 'The Beautiful Lady' has never been verified and there is no actual time-line indicated. I have taken the liberty of giving the lady a name and setting her in the 16th century, the story is told from her point of view.
I am at present working on a novel which will tell the story of what became of Henry, her stepson who disappeared.
I hope anyone reading this blog will take time out to visit the website and listen to me reading it, hopefully to follow it up with a review. Thanking those who take the time in advance.
