Political correctness

Hello, I'm Tony Sharp. My website www.bookswithalaugh.co.uk contains details about me and the books I write.
I had an East London Grammar School education, 3 years at Oxford as an organ scholar, followed by a varied musical career.
While "political correctness" continues to stifle creative publications and freedom of tongue, I continue to write satirical books in which I try to combine wit with reality.
Among the many writers whose work I have admired over the years, I would consider Graham Greene supreme for his style and elegance and Kingsley Amis for his natural wit and breadth of human experience.
I would love to see a revival of humour and free speech for the world would be all the better for it.
I would be pleased to hear from any Literary Agents who might share my feelings as it could be the start of a major correction if more books were published which aimed to show the stupidity of the stifling trends of recent years.
