Being in a wheelchair is boolsheet, though I will admit peoples reactions are interesting
SinceI'm stuck in this damnable wheelchair until surgery, I find it interesting watching others reactions to me in stores or even within my own family.
In my home, my sons for the most part are sensitive and vey caring, and sometimes so damned overprotective I could scream. Hubby on the other hand, somehow still expects a clean, freshly dusted home, complete with fresh clothing and bed linens, done by-guess who? Why-he even bought me a pair of bright hideous green gloves for cleaning!
In shops and other public places, most people look away quickly as if to say my God, it's got the plague RUN! Thank heavens for Macy's, else I'd go screaming yellow zonkers.
