Three Haiku (authentic ones ~grin~ not faux haiku) in honor of the adorable George Carroll who has impressed me from the moment I viewed his stunning, infectious smile in the picture he uses at his Den. His haiku is utterly remarkable. Three lines, seventeen syllables and I'm on my keester on the floor. (A tactful way of referring to being knocked flat on me arse.)

Venerable man

gentle heart in brutal world

finds joy in writing

Venerable man

living long sagacious life

shares wisdom with world

Venerable man

boasting a beautiful smile
