You can at www.amazon.com to read online or to download to a computer. I now have ten short stories in the amazon shorts program for only .49 cents each. There are over a thousand shorts available by famous and not so famous authors. If you have a favorite genre or author the chances are good that you will find it in the amazon shorts program.
