Ted Kennedy---Facts

Whether we liked him or not, we can
still be fair with our opinions!
Ted Kennedy was a privileged son in what many called the United States Royal family!However with his privilege went much pain.Some called the family cursed due to the assassinations and other terrible happenings.
Fact- He was a reckless youth, drunken womanizer,and
Chappaquiddick was a cowardly deed,which changed his life and cost him the presidency
Facts-However, with all his many wrong doings, some evil, there were many more good deeds. He did much to help the under-privileged,besides many more who sought help from him on many levels.
Facts-His good works endeared him to many. He was charming,had a great sense of humor,and well liked by
many, even his enemies admired him
Facts- he persevered through all trials, was head of a large family after the loss of all his brothers,and he never stopped helping others.
I wrote this to use him as an example of how quick to curse and denounce so many have become in this hard, cynical, society we live in.
Facts-There isn't one of us who have done no wrong,we all need forgiveness,and hope that when we repent and change,we will get the forgiveness we deserve.
I wouldn't vote for Ted Kennedy, I disagreed with his political agenda. I thought many things he did were terrible. Yet, I looked at the other side, all the good he has done, which far outweighed the bad, and I give him the credit he deserves.
God bless him, and I hope he's in heaven as he wanted to be. May God be with his family through this time of mourning.
Let's hope we can stop the name-calling and hate , it's so much better to be kind,and fill our air with good spirits!
