BF BHC AZ :: Sam's Club = WalMart's Fur Ball - The Beginning 11/9/2006 6:41:10 AM Isn't it wonderful in the land of America that a conglomerate can chew up and spit out their workers? Sam's Club is like a cat who licks their workers then spits them out like a fur ball.
I am a victim of Sam's Club. Hired on 7-15-06 and TERMIN-ATE-D on 9-25-06 even though I am suffering from a job related injury that occurred on 8-02-06. When you are hired you have to read and pass tests on all of their rules, regulations, standards, ethics, safety, emergency procedures, management opportunities, supervisory expectations, insurance benefits, Corporate goals, etc. prior to actually working.
However, when an accident occurs they purposely fail to report it so that Management can receive more chips!
I was fired because they could fire me - AZ is a right to work State which means you can be fired at whim -- there is no job security -- there does not have to be job training -- they DO retaliate if you step out of their line of micro management -- this means that you use the "open door policy" with NO RETALIATION!! There is a fur ball for you.
Is there any class action suit against Walmart Corporation that I could attach to?
Please advise this writer.
