Black Friday, what the heck is this for?

Such marketing, such chaos and such nonsense!
I have not ever bought into this "Black Friday" thing. I shop every day of my life, for my professional life, and trust me when I say, "There really are "no" bargains on Black Friday"! The stores, retailers, are pretty desperate and the so called sales on the day after Thanksgiving, are only a trap. I personally would rather wait till the last minute to get gifts, because I do not like shopping for holidays.
I love to give, but I would rather give something like a service (hair gift cards, massage gift certificate, gas cards, grocery store cards, pet supply cards, movie passes, theater tickets, train vouchers, three day cruises, a trip, a voucher to babysit for my grandchild,itunes card, music cd's movie dvd, photos of meaninful subjects, a personal poem,) anything that is more personal than a throw away gift that really doesn't mean anything and costs an arm and a leg.
Let's bring gift giving back to where it was years ago, when a homemade gift meant more than the latest computer game or the most expensive designer jeans.
My adult children wanted to do secret santa this year, so that everyone could get one gift that was special to them...
I didn't buy into this, because for me, I need to give a gift to each of my adult children and their significant others because that means something to me to find that one special gift for them.
I shall send healing energy to all the people in this world that are suffering. Peace to all nations to wake up and love to all of my family and friends to have health and happiness in their lives.
That is the gift of life, giving and receiving love, peace, and light,
