Dr. Oz had a show on last week that gave home remedies for common ailments. Here's a short version. (I take notes when I watch his show!)
PMS - eat cashews. They are rich in magnesium which helps curb PMS.
Acne - Peppermint. It has menthol in it which is anti-inflamatory. Ground down and put on face for 10 minutes.
Motion Sickness - Ginger. It reduces the acid in your stomach.
Arthritis - Cayenne Pepper. Put it in a lotion you use and make sure it turns pinkish. It is a local analgesic.
Diabetes - Cinnamon. Helps your liver become more sensitive to insulin lowers blood sugar naturally.
