Florida is now my permanent home. After nine years together, I finally married my American sweetheart Marla and we couldn’t be happier here in Cape Canaveral. I get to go to the beach and then come home to watch Canadian Hockey in HDTV – life is good! Thinking that a couple of Jet Skis would be fun; I answered an ad and bought two. The owners were Real Estate Brokers who own Pytha Realty Corp in Cocoa Beach. So much for my days of leisure! I am now a Licensed Florida Realtor. My story ends with an open invitation for all of you to call, drop by, e-mail or just keep in touch. The deals are fantastic right now. Pytha has a network of good people throughout the State and the Country so please let me know if you are looking in other areas.
