I wrote to Publish America recently, asking about the negative newspaper article that seems to have caused so much attention for them. I had read their rebuttal on their home page and found it interesting. I was very pleased when Publish America answered my email and gave me persmission to post their letter. Below is a copy of the letter they wrote to me concerning the bad publicity.
Dear Ms. Gibson,
Thank you for your kind words. The following is our response to the

PublishAmerica has made! We are very happy that our story is being

When you revolutionize an industry, you are bound to make headlines.

industry, and the lives of tens of thousands, in a very meaningful
