Chew the Fat

A holler to friends to share my new site at blogger.
I have to admit; I have been leapblogging! Each door you open online, leads to another. A comment here, a post there; our echoes volley in the hills.
Schools all around us are cancelled today. This frigid weather is getting old but it has nudged me further into my writing. I have written 13 fantasy short stories; all are in need of editing. You get behind on rewrites and such when you blog. Sometimes blogging bogs you down.
To be honest, it only started that way. My blogs were distractions. In a couple of months I have chiseled my blogs into my own likeness and into items hopefully useful to others who write. One must read lots of other blogs too, and you become bug-eyed. On another site I found a pseudo Ten Commandments of blogging. That helped too.
This is my excuse to the teacher, "I have been absent from Author's Den because the computer ate my mind." In truth, it did seem to gobble me up and spit me back out. My newer self is more focused. Authors Den has been an oasis.
ALL ROADS LEAD TO HAZARD, my book, has sold well here and there and college libraries are ordering it for their regional literature sections. I hope all of you are finding favor and are well. Please visit my new blog and become a follower. There you can comment on blogs too. Many of you have stopped in at my sister site, http://www.hazardgal.com
and left wonderful comments. Come on over to the blogger site as well,
We can sit on the porch and chew the fat.
Post a Comment new!
