Numerous Advents

Latest on the approaching Warning/Miracle prediction indicators.
This being the start of Advent, it is time to reflect on the Lord's coming (both past and future). I thought I would let you in on the 'signs' since I last blogged about 7 months ago.
Let's start with the comet status report (or lack thereof). The Stardust NExT mission has not updated and let us know about its course correction scheduled for November 20. From what I can tell it should soon be getting a side view of comet Tempel instead of from behind and maybe we shall see 'what up' with Tempel.
Meanwhile comet Hartley was visited by the EPOXI mission. They had to think about it for a week before they let us know it was spewing hundreds of tons of dust and ice (some basketball size) each second. Initial estimate was that it wouldn't last another orbit. They have backed off of that guess to maybe decades. OK, which is it? It's only about a half mile long, so my money is on sooner rather than later. Here's an interesting aside. EPOXI was supposed to go to comet Boethin, but they couldn't find it. They think it may have disentigrated. Very comforting. I was wondering how that would play out metaphorically and looked up the meaning of Boethin. It's root means 'life'. That's not to comforting either.
Next we have the economic conditions. It is said that there will be fighting in the streets before the Warning even happens. Realizing that the Garabandal apparition's predictions are centered on the area of Spain, check out the latests news. Knowing that there have been numerous strikes and riots in Europe already, Ireland has now (along with Greece) been 'bailed out'. It is predicted that Portugal will be next early next year when they try to refinance their debt. Following close behind will be Spain. It is the 4th largest economy in Europe and could thus cause the collapse of the European consortium.
Lastly, we have some new calendrics. You will remember that the Warning day is Good Friday April 22, 2011 and is Good Friday in both the Roman Catholic and Greek Orthodox churches (Along with it being Earth Day). Well, in 2012, for the Jews to not feel left out, Holy Saturday will be aligned with the Passover as it was originally circa 33 AD.
Oh yes, one more thing. There's this whole '11' thing.
1. It will be 2011
2. April 22 is two 11s.
3. 9/11 leaves 111 days left in the year and..
4. 4/22 is the 112th day of the year.
5. Comet Tempel has a close approach with Ceres on 11/11/11.
Please use this Advent to prepare yourselves spiritualy folks. It may be cutting it close to put it off till Lent.
