I think the government needs to stop hiring circus
chimps. . .
Hey ya'll: Won't be online doing much.
Just need to help Kenny get well.
blessin's and thanks for all your prayers, well
wishes, don't stop them now. . . we really REALLY need
'em all!
We got home around 6 p.m. EST Thursday 4/28. His X-ray
showed it's not time to remove the catheter yet. Gotta
take him back to Indy next Tuesday May 2, then
sometime in the next few weeks schedule his follow up
from his heart cath from 3/21.
Oh, the BMV mistakenly suspended my drivers license
when I was hit by a hit and run driver on 11/27. I can
prove I had insurance, but they keep sending me these
notices that are all wrong.
I got the suspension notice today right after walking
Kenny into the house, unloading all his stuff, then
running around like a game of "duck duck goose" to
take care of him because he just isn't used to pain.
So I wrote a direct letter of appeal to BMV, put my
insurance agent on them for the THIRD TIME in two
months, and need to take time to just chill.
(How do these people know to mess with your emotions
at "the perfect moment!") Got the cancelled checks.
(How can BMV give me a license plate in September then
turn around and say I don't have car insurance?
I think the government needs to stop hiring circus
chimps when they can't find qualified people to READ
and CALL and INVESTIGATE something they mess up on,
you know?
I'm so tired. . . but I'm no circus chimp--more
Godzilla when tested by the BMV. . . more than a
little ticked off. . . Oh Lord give me strength!
All in all, Kenny's surgery went very well. He's just having a hard time adjusting to the role of "Almost totally helpless" because now he has to do everything I tell him to do.
