Your Handyman Can [homeowners/homerenters
4/3/2011 7:17:30 PM
In this exposition, RB appeals to American home dwellers to appoint their handymen for supervising and coordinating special outside contractor activity.
A lot of this suggestion is premised on the undying loyalty of your handyman to see to it that your wishes are met.
In a very real sense, this plays out as a drama: home dweller has no time for the details, so, he/she appoints his/her devoted handyman (inside) to attend to them , instead.
Surely, RB pushes this very strongly since, for a number of years, that was basically his vocation. He knows handymen, and he knows, that their first allegiance, when it comes to work, is to their customers who are actually their "clients."
Your handyman, is no "fly-by-nighter." He is the first you call because he's always there. Loyalty.
On projects which you know are outside your handyman's range, you must call in other contractors more skilled in those special areas; however, they lack one basic ingredient: consistent devotion.
Nevertheless, as the property owner or renter, you are consistently devoted it. Hired hands are not. But, in this message, RB expounds on how your handyman's concerns are parallel to yours.
Conclusively, it is left in your hands to ascertain if whether or not it would be best to just hire a general contractor or "lead" to guide your special home projects ...... or your handyman.
