Home again from a week away in Belgium. Our youngest daughter lives and works in Leuven, and this was our first visit. Had a great time, but now back to the grind for a week or two.
Our eldest daughter works in the Autism/Asperger field, and is giving the keynote talk at a conference here in Norwich next week. She has arranged for me to have a table at the conference displaying "Babes And Sucklings" (one of the main characters has undiagnosed Asperger's Syndrome, which causes him all sorts of problems in his job as a priest) and hopefully selling a few copies.
This is an unexpected and exciting opportunity for me, as it should begin to get the novel noticed in the Autism world. Great stuff, and I look forward to next Thursday.
