Update in projects

Well, 'tis the week before Christmas, and time to organize all my projects before holiday time.
My manuscript, the Balkan Secret Conspiracy, was received by the Authors Guild of Alberta and has been assigned to a reader. They quoted 8 weeks for the processing of it--Christmas holidays and all. It was what I expected; who is going to go full out on Christmas to read a manuscript that they have to edit? I hopefully will receive it back in mid-February 2006, put the changes in, then market it appropriately to the proper publisher.
I've continued my work on my project with Nicholas Pacione. He's bounced back the work, and now its my turn to add to it. Getting a cold while pregnant has set me back. Never in my life have I had so much problems with illnesses till now, but it's all worth it, and I'm not even half way!
My two other novels are in the works, Friends by Another Name, and another novel, which I will decline to mention the title right now. I may revamp the title of it as of yet--I'm not sure of it. I've had the one title on it for a long time, but it may be needing a change. It's one I started a long, long time ago, and I never really seemed to finish it. Well, I'm bound and determined to get it done this time. What I will say about it is that it will be an anthology. That's all I'll leak out for right now--and that it's horror. Friends by Another name is more of a creepy, thought-provoking look at a friendship gone too far--and reaching out past the horror of human nature. It has more of a psychological flare to it.
Collection III--this one is on its way as well. I will be working on a few stories this Christmas to put in there, and I will self-publish it. However, I believe I will be seeking a different publisher for this guy.
Well, that's it for now. Thought I would let you all know that I am living and breathing; just trying to get over sickness and the Christmas shopping hump. Done my shopping, hubby still has to do his--I have to of course help with a few things, of course.
