Our parrot, Ricky. And writing.

Romeo, our sweet sun conure died. He was with us for about nine weeks, and in that time we developed a true love of sun conures and their personalities. Of course, there can only be one Romeo, and he shall always live on in our hearts and minds.
We have another sun conure, Ricky, a sweet (monster sometimes :)) female parrot. We are all very excited.
On the writing front. I'm writing very little these days. There is much stress in my life at this time so I'm finding it difficult to concentrate, but I have decided on using the sun conure's appearance and personality in my next Werecreature book. I had planned on using an owl, but since I've a sun conure at home and I'm learning first hand, I thought "why not." She's perfect! Yes, Brit Chambers will have a sweet (sometimes monster) sun conure as a friend or foe. Can't give this away, now can I.
