Publishing an article
1/12/2005 5:56:20 PM
I posted a new article this morning on Author's Den concerning what lessons our country should have learned from the tsunami in southeast Asia. In particular, I point out the similarities between the warnings for the Indian Ocean and those about the New Madrid Seismic Zone.

I will be sending this article out as a PR piece to my 100+ list. I have a few people interested in it, and we will see what develops.

I am serious about my concerns for the people of central US and for our country. There are things to be done, and I see too little focus on those problems. I will probably be gone by the time this really becomes a problem, but there are lots of people who will be directly affected by a giant earthquake.

So will I make a difference? I have decided I cannot wait to find out. I will just keep sending out the message and hope someone hears.
