Big Checks a Comin' Our Way--Maybe

I spent a few days feeling sorry for George due to the insults administered by the goat-head eating Potentate of Saudi Arabia. But now I'm back to normal.
George promised to send out big checks to everyone. Sure, anywhere from $600-$800, hoping y'all would spend it before the ink dried to stimulate our failing economy. That's right, everyone--everyone but those who need it most.
See, the last time he spent our money on us, those $600 checks were literally flying into our hands, but not into the hands of all of us. Those folks who made less than the income he picked as his minimum didn't receive a red cent. I remember it was a few, late, summers ago; parents were getting kids ready for the new school term, using George's checks made out against the funds we paid in taxes. The poor and really needy were winging it because they didn't get checks. But they still had school supplies, clothing, shoes, coats and what not to buy. So they had to most likely take a bit from the rent money, the utility money and so on to insure that their kids had the same as everyone else.
And now he's doing it again--George that is--God bless his tainted soul. He feels the poor will only use the money to pay back bills instead of spending it on other foolish nonsense like fuel oil, food, winter coats. Jeez, how will that help our economy? But, George, baby, listen up. Maybe they will spend it on goods to stimulate the economy that you drove downhill with your war. See, the checks are a sort of peace offering to the people of the Yewnited States. And yet he doesn't give a rat's pitootie what the poor think of him. In his estimation they probably don't even vote, so why waste the checks?
You have to admit the man is all heart. He cares about the upper crust in society to the point he's sending a pittance, in their estimation, to keep them smiling his way. Where oh where, I ask you, will we ever find a man like George to put in office again? Surely there are other Bush babies available. ARGHHHHH. Pity the thought.
