Self Empowerment
9/4/2006 2:11:34 PM
Self Culture that leads to self empowerment can not be over emphasized in this world of flux and change.
Self culture....

We have seen the changes in our lives wreaking havoc and pain. We know the world is in flux and change. And we know that it is important to do it for ourselves.

So, why do we always look for someone else to do the changing? Why do we expect that the change of someone else will make our lives better and more productive? Why do we not take that personal responsibility that we know is our free will choice and make our own path of change?

The answers are simple really! We see ourselves as perfect! We see that we have no problem, that is always someone else! This is called self-justification and is one of the most over developed senses we have within to motivate our actions.

If we choose to wait for someone else to enter our lives and change it, we will be disappointed. They will not choose our path as we would choose our own. That means that we are all in charge of our own path and need to take that personal responsibility to those changes.

As the world is being turned topsy turvy we are all being forced into changes. These are coming even when we have been trying to avoid them and they are coming fast and furious to our affairs.

We are responsible for allowing the slow down of the world gone mad. We can use our own tools of the consciousness to evaluate and change ourselves. We can slow the progress of our thoughts which are creating our reality.

The things that prevents this self evaluation are justification, arrogance of our own mind, and the blame game that so many people see as a right of their own progress.

Every situation has more than one participant. All involved have a part to play. Justifying our own mindset will not get our growth moving.

Arrogance is when we 'know' we are right and the rest of the world is wrong. The more the world comes into our face to show us our problems, the more we revert to justification. Arrogance will halt the progress of a spiritual soul.

If everyone involved took responsibility for their part to play, then there would be no need to blame someone else. The blame game is about everyone else being responsible, not 'me'!

As there is so much flux and change these days, there is a real need to find solutions as to how to handle the situations that arise. If they are constantly at our door, maybe we have not found the right solution? We ourselves must find what works for us, given the tools of our own consciousness to exam ourselves, then others from another perspective.
