Hello everyone,
I've got lots to report. First thanks for your good wishes. My arm is 85% better. If I stop reinjuring it I think it will be 100% in the next few days. (I'm hoping) Debbie, a friend of mine told me an exercise that she use that was given to her by a chiropractor for her back. She said he told her that a lot of problems with the hands arms and wrist were due to the proper ???? brain freeze. Sorry. Let's say alignment of the body.
Posture. Duhh!! Anyway she gave me this exercise that had nothing to do with my doing anything with my arm. All I can say is that it's feeling better. I am typing this with both hands by the way. And no, I'm not going to overdue but I tell you this sure beats the hunt and peck method.
On another front, I've begun work on a new book. The scenes are just popping into my head. I wish there was a way to capture it the way it comes in and get it on paper. LOL.
I received my author copies of, Let's get it on. I don't remember posting a contest here but then we can't always trust my memory. Anyway if I did and told you you had won a copy email me. (I do keep all old emails for verifications) Hey, I'm not that crazy. LOL.
And lastly, I want to say good-bye to Ed Bradley and Gerald Levery, they will be missed by millions. May their families find comfort in that.
And then their is my friend who lost her grandmother. Millions may not have known her but her loss is still felt and she was loved enough that it could have been the love of billions. May her soul rest in everylasing peach and may her family find comfort in her having lived and gifted them with her spirit.
Take care everyone, mend old hurts and forgive now while you still have a chance. Say a healing prayer for our world and for the soldiers away from home. And if you have a moment think of the lives of the innocents in Iraq, all the ones who have no more control than we do here but are having their homes and lives destroyed as well. There are children, women, old people, sick ones and people only wanting to live. Pray for them also.
