I'm telling you now JUNK FOOD IS ALMOST AS BAD AS CIGARETTES FOR YOUR HEALTH
You want to live a long life then stay away from man made hormone filled junk food. By 'junk food' I don't necessarily mean just things like a 'Big Mac' or a 'Whopper' with fries. I mean processed lunch meats, cookies, hot dogs, chips, man made TV dinners.... Almost everywhere there should be a health food supermarket where you people live. Go out there and spend a few more bucks for organic preprocessed food as opposed to going to a regular supermarket and buying say a TV dinner full of hormones. I'm not sure about the benefits of buying organically grown fruits and vegetables as opposed to those that are 'regular grown.' Face it an apple is still an apple no matter how it's grown and will always be better for you than hot dogs or potato chips.
All that junk food gets in your blood stream and goes to cells and affects your DNA just like cigarette smoke affects the DNA in your lung cells do. I DO NOT WISH TO MESS AROUND WITH MY CELLS AND MY DNA SO THAT'S WHY I TRY A
HEALTHY LIFESTYLE. NO SMOKING, NO DRINKING, VERY FEW MANMADE DRUGS EXCEPT FOR ASPIRIN,NO EATING JUNK FOODS, DAILY EXERCISE, LIVING A STRONG MORAL LIFESTYLE.....(ALL KINDS OF VIRUSES).......
Your 'age' really shouldn't be how many years you live on this Earth but should be determined by how how your eating habits and lifestyle and stress and 'radiation' affect your DNA and cellular growth. That's why two person can be the same age one person can look so much older than another person. I just saw a girl I knew back in high school and she's a smoker and raising a kid all by herself and I swear she looks about ten years older than I do.
I also make sure to wear a hat to protect myself from the sun. Summers in the Valley are brutal and I also put on sunscreen because I have light skin and don't want the Sun Rays to affect the DNA in my face. You know that's why you see young people with a lot of wrinkles in their face not to mention the possibility of getting skin cancer......
I also am becoming a green tea addict. Green Tea supposedly is good for preventing everything, from cancers to heart diseases. They're selling like twelve packs of diet green tea at the local supermarket. So goodbye diet soda, hello green tea. The only problem is the green tea has Aspartame as one of the ingredients.
I'm not perfect. Everytime I go into a movie theater, you people know partially because I'm an actress and want to see how my 'competition' is doing and partially because the movies today are so bad and I like to warn you people not to spend your hard money on them that I like to see a lot of movies, the smell of hot dogs and popcorn smash into my nostrils. It's just like an addiction, I try to force myself to head straight into the theater and sit down and watch the darn movie but I'm too weak and head toward that concession stand and buy that crap in addition to a diet soda filled with Aspartame.
No more. From now I'm bringing one of those high energy low sugar fruit bars to the theater and the only thing I'm gonna buy at the concession stand is bottled water. I've got to have the will power and put my hand in front of the concession stand worker's face when he or she offers me a juicy hot dog or a tub full of buttered popcorn and say NO NO.
Actually there was a good movie I saw this weekend besides the comical 'Sex and the City' which I bashed in my last 'Thoughts.' 'Bigger Faster Stronger' is a real entertaining movie about the effects of steroid use. It was written and directed by a fella who comes from an athletic family and knows first hand not only the affects of steroids but all that muscle buiding stuff they sell at the health stores.
Father, who used to be a hot rod buff back in the 60s, told me to go to the local art museum out here in Pasadena and take some pictures of the new exhibit they have called Peter Millar's CARtoons. The late Mr Millar was a catoonist, you know, for like drag racing and hot rod magazines back in the 60s and 70s and my father who is now a college professor now has a lot of old magazines with Mr Millar's cartoons in it. They're actually quite good even though I've never cared much for that 'drag racing.' I have no idea why someone would drive like 400 mph for a quarter of a mile and take a chance with his or her life.

I'm sorry but I just can't take seriously that Nebraska fella who says he saw an alien in his window. For one thing he tooks the pictures back in 2003 and he's talking about it 5 years later? Looks like he played some games with the window pane or hired someone to make it look like an alien was there. I happen to know a real alien from the planet Zatoris which orbits Alpha Centauri and she doesn't look like some short bug eyed looking thing. She could pass for like a thirty something model and her name is Alocki and she's the smartest 'human' I ever met.
Terible news about that Univeral Studios fire. i actually did a screen test at that 'New York Street' for a minor role in a feature film like a year back. Of course I didn't get the role but the memories of New York Street are always with me. They can't replace things like that....More than enough thoughts for now.
