Rainy days and Mondays

It's Monday and the forecast is for rain all week. Maybe not a lot but grey, gloomy and quasi-wet with a chance for mega-wet by the weekend. Just a little spur of the moment poetry:
Snow is gone,
rains a commin'
but I'm caffeined
so I'm not bummin'
As editor of our state poetry newsletter (read as compiler, typer, proofreader, printer, stuffer, labeler, envelope licker) I have some 230 newsletters to deliver to the Post Office this morning. But I won't have to do it again for, lets see, two months. Following that I have the pleasure of going to work until 9:00 PM this evening.
I will not be down in the mouth about any of this for the weekend is only 104 hours away. Ta ta.
