The Ogress Chronicles
4/10/2008 1:20:20 PM
Cryssa and I are having a show-off... come and see the fun. Details as follows:
Okay, Cryss-- I've had it with your spell-checker vindetta!! Out in the hall with you-- go sleep on the floor. (Charlie points to the door with a stiff finger, and Cryss, with a practiced chin on chest attitude, follows the pointing finger out the door). In her nest of bare-skin arms and ankles, she dreams that she's the ogress in the stories-- making lemonade... The game is on, Cryss. And since I'm the "picked-on" one, then I get to make the rules.

The name of the game: "The Ogress Chronicles" The rules: within three days of my next posting, you've got to have an ogress story embellishing a comment that the third-one-up-from-the-bottom made on one--on any of my titles. If it's just a one-word wonder comment, you'll have to come up with someway to make that word the focal point of your story! BOOO! And if there aren't three people there, then you'll have to solicite some help... or be the third yourself (that would not be cheating). You'll have to "chronicle" the name of the commenter, the comment's date, and the title it was taken from as well-- and it doesn't matter where you put that-- could be a footnote, a part of the poem-- doesn't matter. I'll play the same way. One, Two, Ready? (NO?) ...GO!!
Fee Fie Foe Fum... gee this game is gonna be fun! --Charlie
